The Health Club is More Than a Gym
The Health Club is place where you can achieve your fitness goals, relax and feel confident knowing a staff of highly-trained professionals is there to guide you. From premium equipment to dry heat cedar saunas to the jungle gym in Kids Club, The Health Club has the amenities you deserve.
Being owned by Norman Regional Health System reaffirms The Health Club's commitment not only to exercise, but also to total wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The Health System's focus on education and continuing certification is transferred to The Health Club. Most of our employees are certified trainers with advanced degrees. We encourage our employees to seek the certifications that place them at the top of their profession.
The Health Club's unique offerings include: nutritional counseling with a stretching loft and climbing rock wall. The health system also offers cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation programs through The Health Club. Cancer patients and cancer survivors are also eligible for special discounts.
Cardiovascular Training:
At The Health Club there are more than 75 pieces of cardiovascular training equipment available to get your heart pumping! The heart is the most important muscle in the human body. Utilizing these machines or running through the gorgeous neighborhoods around The Health Club are great ways to get exercise.
Strength Training:
With more than 100 pieces of strength training equipment, you will be more than able to maximize your muscle building at The Health Club. Strength training is vital to maintaining muscle mass as you lose body fat. If you are a senior, strength training is important to helping you maintain your independence.
Performance Training:
Whether you are a young athlete, a weekend warrior or just trying to find the energy to keep up with your kids daily, The Health Club is here to help. Trainers are available for one-on-one training, group training or team training.
Group Fitness Classes
The Health Club offers many group fitness classes, from Zumba and yoga to Body Sculpt and indoor cycling. All classes are included with a Health Club membership.

With today's busy schedules, The Health Club wants to ensure working out doesn't feel like work. We offer several amenities for your comfort and convenience. They include:
- A staffed nursery for children! ($3 per child per visit. Open 9 a.m. to noon Monday - Friday)
- A multipurpose room with open space for training and stretching

Cardiac Rehab Phase IV
The Health Club is home to the last phase of a cardiac rehabilitation program for heart patients at Norman Regional Health System. It offers a discounted rate to these cardiac patients.
Norman Regional's cardiac rehabilitation program is one of a few certified programs in the Oklahoma City area. This program provides both inpatient and outpatient services to assist heart patients in achieving their optimal health after a cardiac episode.
This program consists of four different phases, each designed to educate patients on proper nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes. Phase I is offered as an inpatient program at the Norman Regional HealthPlex. Phase II and III is an outpatient program located at The Heart Plaza and Phase IV is located at The Health Club.
After completing Phase III of cardiac rehab it is important to continue exercising. The Health Club offers a variety of opportunities for you to stay physically active.
Corporate Wellness
At The Health Club we understand that having healthy employees means productive employees. That's why we are proud to offer Corporate Wellness packages to local businesses. These packages can be customized to work with your company's health goals in mind.
Discount memberships are available based on the number of participants in the participating company. These rates may be paid for by the employees or by the company.
